Update on Missing Sites
If your site is missing as a result of the update to new hardware today I have to apoligise. For a limited number of clients on one machine who registered the domain they are hosting with us your site may seem like it is missing...
It isn't missing.
You're seeing you site on the new server AS THE FILES ARE BEING MOVED to it. Obviously this wasn't supposed to happen. Normally the files are moved to the new machine first and then the Name Servers are updated to reflect the new loaction of your site, and this is what we did today.
However for a few clients who have a domain registered with us AND it has ns3 and ns4 as additional name servers setup with your domain registration you are seeing the new server instead of older server.
Please be patient as the rest of the files are moved and please don't try and restore backups etc... the resync of the two servers will be finished shortly.
